ACTIFLORE® yeasts are technical strains which ensure complete fermentations, with no aromatic deviations, even under difficult conditions.

Actiflore BO213

Specially recommended for fermentation re-start. Strain with fructophilic character with extreme resistance to alcohol (18% vol.) and tolerance to low temperatures. Low nitrogen requirements. Good compliance with aromatic neutrality.
