With ACTIFLORE®, LAFFORT offers a range of efficient yeasts, intended for producing wines from Basic to Popular Premium. These strains are technical tools for addressing specific winemaking issues. ACTIFLORE® yeasts are technical strains which ensure complete fermentations, with no aromatic deviations, even under difficult conditions.

Actiflore F33

Yeast adapted for all types of wine. Excellent fermentation characteristics including good kinetics, low nitrogen requirements and alcohol tolerance of 16%. It is most suited for the production of elegant red wines like Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, but has been shown to produce highly complex white wines, especially when barrel fermented. In white wines, it enhances the production of aromas and varietal characteristics. High production of polysaccharides.
