I've been making wine for a few years now and I've purchasing my juices from Presque for about a year. The juices usually arrive within a week, come with all of the controls and additives and method directions that are crystal clear. More importantly, the results have been awesome. I tweak the must by adding raw cherries or blackberry and honey (and boosts the alch%) and I give my wine as gifts and people rave. And, I love it - high recommend and keep wining!

The Cru Select has resulted in some of my best wines. I tweak my fermentations by adding a little honey and raw crushed cherry along with other adds and my friends rave about the body and finish.
