These little suckers do a great job of filling, but the spouts must be handled with kid gloves. If you let the spring-loaded nozzle down without going slowly, you can snap one of those easily, netting an $80 replacement. Thus, you must consider the cost of parts when buying; I've had three of these nozzles break in fifteen years. The third one was NOT because I wasn't careful. It just committed sepuku and essentially exploded. Plastics are a novelty in Italy, after all.

Since my last review of the enolmatic on 5/2015 , the filler spout shattered! Not happy about that to say the least! Just a year old, hope to receive the new head under warranty. Wanted to use it yesterday and the plastic sleeve under the spring broke like it was 20 yrs old!

This is a must have in any cellar! Don't pass by on the fiter either. Easy set up, no mess or over runs. Slam on your favorite tunes and have yourself a bottling party. Piece of cake 200 bottles in an hour myself, no problem!

This is a nice filler for small batches. I usually use when I am filling five or six cases if I want something in the bottle before the main bottling run. It is easy to use and works well. I think it is a little pricey for what you get. It is made of plastic that does have a tendency to break and crack. This is the second one I have purchased. I had to replace the filling spout on the old unit twice because it cracked (thanks goodness there are replacements available for purchase). Then recently the hose connection to the main body broke off, so I had to replace the unit. It lasted for about four years, so I guess that is not too bad, but I wish it had held up better. If you use it enough it is worth the money, but if you are a home winemaker you are going to have to fill a lot of bottles to get your moneys worth.

if you make enough wine and are getting tired of using a low end bottle filler - this is the way to go! I have filled thousands of bottles with this filler and cannot keep up with it. It fills to the proper level and stops. It is easy to setup, use and clean. Go for it if you can afford it.
