This gravity filler is easily primed self-leveling and automatically shuts off when bottle is full. During our trials the bottles filled in 15-20 seconds. This inexpensive filler is easy to set up and performs well for the investment.

Uses 3/8" id tubing.

1. Insert the tap into the neck of the bottle.

2. Start the siphon of wine from vessel to bottle.

3. Push down the tap to start the flow.

4. Once the bottle is filled up, the inflow of the liquid will automatically stop.

5. Push the two buttons simultaneously to stop the flow in order to move to the next bottle.

6. Turn the top nut to regulate the speed of the flow.

7. By moving the lower rubber component, you can regulate the level of the liquid inside the bottle.

8. If bottling sparkling wines, use the alternate nut with small tubing to prevent foaming. Screw it tight.
