Lallemand Enoferm L2226 is a alcohol tolerant wine making yeast up to 16-17% alcohol that is highly recommended for reds that have a high brix (sugar) level. Gives characteristic aromas of black cherry, berry and cherry cola in red wines.
Good to use to help against sluggish or stuck fermentations.
Use on wines such as Merlot, Zinfandel, Sangiovese, Barbera, and Cabernet Franc.
