I have never purchased juice like this to make wine. What a difference. So much easier. It just finished fermenting. Smells fantastic, can't wait to try it. I would defiantly recommend the juice. I as l so purchased a gallon of Niagara young wine. Made it even easier in that the yeast had already been added and fermentation started. Looks pretty good. I'll be back next year.
