This Pinot Noir showcases lively aromas of strawberry, raspberry and black cherry cream soda, finishing with a soft and lingering tap dance on the palate. We believe our Pinot Noir’s inherent earthiness is enhanced by wizened, mature vines over 30 years old and 30 months of French oak aging. When it comes to food pairings, this dry red is very versatile; lean or smoked meats, creamy buttery dishes and Asian entrees are all good partners.
