Red Star Pasteur Blanc Champagne (CHP), 5 gram packet. S. bayanus.

Moderately vigorous wine making yeast with high SO2 and alcohol tolerance. Fairly neutral. For still or sparkling wines and fairly good with stuck fermentations. Cold tolerant.
