We ship wine anywhere within Pennsylvania and to the following states:
AK, AL, AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY.

Yes. By law, an adult (at least 21 years old) must be present to sign for wine deliveries. Please ensure someone 21+ is available at the shipping address to sign; otherwise the carrier may return the package and you will incur return and re‐delivery fees.

No. Wine orders must be placed separately from winemaking supplies or equipment due to legal regulations governing alcohol shipping. Simply place each type of order on its own.

• Standard: FedEx Ground (most common)
• Expedited: FedEx 2-Day, Overnight, or 3-Day (by request)
• USPS: Priority & Express Mail (by request)
• Motor Freight: For large or heavy items

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. During harvest season (August–October), complex or temperature-sensitive orders, or very large orders, may take a bit longer. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

• Backorders: If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you with options to ship what’s available now, wait for the rest, suggest substitutions, or cancel the unavailable items. If we don’t hear back within 3 business days, we’ll ship the available items.
• Returns & Damage Claims: Inspect all deliveries immediately. Note any visible damage on the bill of lading and take photos of concealed damage. Contact us before sending anything back—either call (814) 725-1314 or email info@piwine.com with your order details. Most shipments include insurance up to $100 per package; we’ll work with you to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
