Description

Laffort Celstab is used for wine stabilization in relation to potassium bitartrate crystallization in white wines. It is not recommended for red wines. Celstab is intended as a last treatment at least 48 hours before the final filtration and bottling of your wine. Recommended dosage of Celstab is 1 mL/L of wine(380 mL/100 gallons). Dilute Celstab in 2 times the dosage volume with wine and mix into wine thoroughly. Select your size.
