Falling Waters. We blend Bacchus and Valvin Muscat grapes to create this award-winning carbonated delight brimming brightly with fruity expressions, lively aromas, and a touch of sweetness. This medium-bodied sparkling wine is inspired by the waterfalls at our winery and evokes the feeling of water plunging and bubbling on a beautiful fall day at the winery with grape smells swirling on the breeze. Pop open a bottle for a celebration, or enjoy with a light meal of appetizers.

BluSecco. Our new twist on an Italian classic. This light sparkling treat blends the flavors of ripe local blueberries with our legendary Niagara for a fresh and balanced taste experience. Beautiful and enticing as it bubbles brightly in the glass and releases fruity aromas, it evokes the feeling of fireflies alighting on Spring and Summer evenings by our winery waterfalls. Served well chilled this is a great start to any meal or celebration. Keep a few bottles chilling in the fridge and you are always ready for guests.

Royal Blue. Can ship to addresses within PA only.Regal but sassy, this unique blend combines a rich base of oak aged Chardonnay with the bright and tangy flavors of ripe local blueberries for an unexpected and fascinating taste and color experience. Great for drinking anytime, it pairs especially well with the traditional foods of summer but is also smooth and lively enough to be enjoyed all by itself. Keep some well chilled to share with friends at your next get together.

Creekside Niagara. This well-decorated varietal Vitis labrusca wine expresses the strong aroma and flavor of white grape juice. Pour a glass to release this sweet white’s grapy and light citrus notes. Our lusciously fragrant Niagara stands well on its own or works as a nice spritzer base.
