An ebulliometer will provide one of the fastest, easiest, and most accurate methods of determining the alcohol content in dry wines. The test is based on the difference in boiling points of water and wine.

This reasonably priced electric ebulliometer is 110V 50-60Hz.  We have in-house tested this ebulliometer ourselves and have been impressed with the consistency and accuracy of the results and have been especially impressed with the machine's simplicity and ease of use.
