We are pleased now to now be able to offer our customers additional ebulliometer options to our longtime Dujardin Salleron traditional and electric ebulliometers.  We now offer a traditional ebulliometer and a very reasonably priced Economy Electric Ebulliometer from Alla France.

 

An Ebulliometer is a key piece of wine making equipment for commercial winemakers, as it provides a fast and convenient way to determine the alcohol content of your wine. Ebulliometers are best used with dry wines as the presence of sugar changes the boiling point of the wine and introduces inaccuracies in the calculation if not accounted for.  Ebulliometers measure alcohol content in wine based on the difference in boiling points between water and wine.
