This vintage of G-V with locally grown grapes expertly tended by one of our best growers is a must try. G-V is a remarkably complex dry white wine made from one of Austria’s best known traditional grape varieties. Our expression of this grape showcases characteristic lime and white pepper aromas along with floral and pear notes. This delightful version has a lovely creamy texture, but also a crisp finish.
G-V is a versatile food-loving wine and goes especially well with vegetable dishes and light meats and complements foods with acidity and spice.

The palate turns the tables in the same way that a fine Torrontes would, showing crisp, dry style that expresses the stone fruit with a side of stony minerality that makes for extreme refreshment.
