This American made unit screws onto a laundry tub faucet (the adapter permits it to be used in a kitchen sink). It requires only one hand to operate. The bottle is flushed with water when pressed against the trigger and the water shuts off automatically when the bottle is lifted. We have adapted it to be used with nitrogen gas (with regulator) to purge bottles.
