Yeast choices

D47 is my go to yeast for whites, reds and fruits with the exception of Cranberry. I find it enhances the flavor and aroma of all my wines.
D47 screams and dies in cranberry at pH below 2.

I have been making wine for about 10 years. This has become my go to yeast strain. Particularly for white and fruit wines. I have had good luck using with reds.
