Rapid15 CorkerThis stout Swiss-made high-efficiency floor corker is perfect for small wineries.  We have used this model ourselves and easily cork about 30 cases per hour.  Durable hardened aluminum head with brass compression jaws and single-piece cast lever.  Easy to use and the mechanism allows quick and precise bottle placement and compresses and inserts corks with much less required operator force than more basic models.   This corker can accommodate bottles up to 90mm in diameter and up to 330 mm in height with 17mm to 19mm openings.  Works with natural or synthetic corks up to 24mm in diameter and 42mm long.  Compresses corks to 16mm.  This high quality corker is a great investment for wineries and high-volume home winemakers.

IMPROVED DESIGN FOR DURABILITY AND EASY USE

  • Durable brass jaws and heavy duty single-piece cast lever
  • Sturdy heavier gauge main column and legs for a more rigid and stable frame
  • Efficient mechanism design requires less operator force saving wear on parts and reducing operator fatigue

Elvamac lacks customer service

I was excited when I bought this “Swiss Made” champagne corker, but only had problems since it’s delivery. Among other problems, the jaws that squeeze the cork for insertion stopped working after less than a few cases of bottling. I contacted the manufacturer, who refused to replace the component. My production was impacted, and I ended up relying on an old Italian floor corker, which worked well enough.
