This deep ruby red wine is well balanced with lively aromas of black pepper, plums and toasted oak. Full-bodied in structure, it is robustly built with chewy tannins and streaks of chocolate leading up to an elegant finish.  Sourced from Austrualian fruit.

I have made kit wine in the past so this is not new to me. Instructions are clear, but if this is your first time, read them several times and check off the steps as you complete them. Be careful when you open the concentrate bladder else wine will spurt out when you are trying to get into position.
