Super Kleer, aka Dualfine, liquid, 150 mL two part packet. A two part fining agent containing Chitosan (derived from shellfish) and kieselsol. It is available in 65mL packets which is suitable for 5-6 gallons of wine. Add directly to the wine and stir vigorously. Rack off the sediment after about 7 to 10 days. Used with both reds and whites. Shelf life is less than a year in the original package, and less once it is opened.

This package can treat 5-6 gallons. However, you could break it down proportionally for a 1 gallon batch, if desired. An excellent product that our employees personally use in their own whites when making their own wines!

I had a white wine (Vignoles) that was cloudy from the day it was juice. Tried several fining agents (PVPP, Bentonite, Sparkolliod); most dropped something out, but a haze remained. I tried the DualFine-branded product in the photo, and it cleared The Wine Which Would Not Be Cleared. I will definitely use this again, should the need arise.
