First of all, the Juice arrived as described and was fresh. BRIX was 23.5% and the pH held at 3.6. I was very pleased with the way the juice was packaged and shipped. Even in HOT Texas in June, the juice temp was 78 deg when i received at my doorstep from shipper. I have completed primary fermentation after 10 days using K1-V1116 Lavlin yeast and yeast nutrient. Currently the juice is undergoing MLF and all seems to be going smoothly. For this price + shipping it is a great deal for Fresh Grape Juice. I just wish it didn't sell out so fast. Next season I will be purchasing more.
